Loving family home waiting in Lincolnshire, June 2020

by Lucy
(Lincolnshire)

We would love to be considered for adopting a Standard or Minature Schnauzer. We have waited many years to be in a position to provide a secure and loving home and extend our family.
We have 2 teenage children who have been getting up at 6am every morning throughout lockdown, to walk 3 miles, to prove they are ready for the commitment. We look after Herbert, my sisters mini on a regular basis and love having him around. We feel we could give a loving, forever home to and schnauzer in need of care and love and look forward to completing our family.
Many thanks

sounds great for a Schnauzer
by: Linda

You sound like and excellent home for a Schnauzer.
We don't have Schnauzers to rehome ourselves, we put people who have one to rehome in touch with those offering a new home. Hopefully somebody in your area will contact you if they are looking for a new home for their Schnauzer,
However, due to the current Coronavirus situation, we are not getting Schnauzers that need rehoming as a lot of people are at home and have time for their dogs.
You can also try The Miniature Schnauzer Club Re-Home and Rescue Trust - contact Caroline Wareing on 01242 696 768.
Or Schnauzer Houzer on Facebook, who do a great job of rehoming Schnauzers of all sizes and are always looking for potential adopters.
And the co-ordinator for Northern Schnauzer Rescue is Pamela Ciceri (based in North Yorkshire) Pamela.ciceri@btinternet.com They also help to rehome Schnauzers.
Good luck!
