I'm sorry to disagree with Izzy about using Gumtree and Preloved as by using these kinds of sights encourages puppy farming.

sorry to hear of your loss- my two are 6 and 9 this year. These are some sites that might have a rescue dog though often they need a resident dog to help them settle. Also look at the preloved and gumtree websites as people look to rehome their dogs through there. Good luck in your search
