Losing our 13 year old schnauzer
by: Colin Zardin

I would like to thank everyone who posted a comment following my asking about adult scnauzers to replace the void in our lives after our Lenny died at the end of last year. Because at the time there were none available, and we felt our loss so much, we took the plunge and acquired an 8 week old puppy. He's now 18 weeks. I named him Hendrix, but he could have been called "Tsunami!" Wow! aren't puppies lively! He was driving us barmy with his jumping and biting, but he's starting to calm down a bit now. We attended some training classes, as much for me to learn as him! We shall always miss Lenny, but we love Hendrix so much! Again, thanks to all who responded. Colin Zardin

NOTE FROM LINDA WHITWAM:
Glad to hear you're starting to fill the gap left by Lenny. Max passes on his best wishes to Hendrix -does he play the guitar?!
How about posting a picture of him in our YOUR PICTURES section:

To fill your void...

I have a 18 month old Mini Schnauzer who is a lovely, friendly, active chap - I need to rehome as I have had to return to work - it does not suit him to be alone He is fiesty, loves company, Kiddies, long walks and attention - Handsome chap who has a lovely nature. He likes to do his own thing but is a loyal companion.

Your 13 yr old @ Rainbow Bridge, now..
by: Michele

It is so sad when we have to say Goodbye, but we know it is for the best as we never want our Beloved pets to suffer in any way.. please go to Rainbow Bridge and read my Stories of Rebel 1 and Ringo.. both Minis.. sadly we lost Rebel1 when he was only 11 .. he had Kidney Failure but never showed it until it was too late to treat him.. Ringo was 15 and he said Goodbye just because he was old and showing signs of it... I've also got many many photos of them on this Website.. including ones of Rebel 2 and Benji, who are my Full time companions,Hope you get another older one soon.. maybe from the Schnauzer Rescue.. and as they come in Pairs.. you might get two.. brothers or brother and sister..
Let's know how you get on..
