Hi,
I am interested in adopting a miniature schnauzer. I have read a lot about the breed and feel it is the right dog for me. I live in South East London. I have a small house with a garden on a quiet road. There are no other pets.
I belong to a running club and run most days so exercise would be no problem. I do hope you can help!

Hi Theresa,
Just to let you know that you can't run with a Mini, because:
a) They stop and sniff ALL of the time, and
b)They get continually distracted
c) If you build it up, they can walk for many hours or hike, but they are not good running partners, as they only run in short bursts normally.
If it's a running partner you want, look at a Standard Schnauzer or more athletic dog.
