home offered for mnini or standard schnauzer in Northampton 23/10/16

We are writing to enquire if you know of any Standard or Mini Schnauzers that are looking to be re-homed ?
We had to make the extremely difficult and heart wrenching decision to have our beautiful Standard bitch "Snuffles" (Tamodan Amber Queen) put to sleep six weeks ago due to cancer of the liver.
Our house is so empty without her. Snuffles lived a good life (14 years) in our ever loving family and we feel lost without her.
My Partner and our Son have been talking recently and have decided that we would like if possible to re-home a Schnauzer if possible. We know it could never be another be another "Snuffles" but we love the breed so much...
Ideally we would like to take on another bitch if possible.
If you could keep us on your list we would be really grateful.
Kind regards

by: Anonymous

Our organization is currently rehoming a male schnauzer. He is currently based in Gosport, Hampshire, PO13 9RP. He is 3 years old, 58 cm, and 17 kg. He is very good with people and children. He walks well on the lead. He's very happy and loves to meet people. He loves being groomed and fussed.

by: izzy

sorry to hear of your loss- very difficult

if you can rehome a rescue have a look at a couple of sites -

though some need to have a resident dog/s to help them resettle

otherwise look at preloved website

good luck in your search

so sorry to hear of Snuffles's passing
by: Linda and Max

We don't have dogs, but put people in touch with each other. I have removed your address for security reasons -there are people that trawl the internet looking for personal details, but if you add a comment with your email address (which we don't have), anyone with a Schnauzer to rehome will know how to contact you.
Good luck.
