Friend needed for grieving schnauzer, Norfolk area

We have a rescue mini schnauzer who came to us at sixteen weeks having had limited experience of everything due to being shut in a kitchen with many other dogs. Jenny has come a very long way thanks partly to the companionship of our older dog who sadly passed away two weeks ago.
Jenny now three years old, and spayed, is feeling the loss. We go on as many play dates as we can which cheer her up but our cheeky girl is noticeably quiet at home just snuggling with us rather than her usual mischief.
We have no children although do have occasional visiting ones and are am active couple around the forties mark. I am at home most of the day except for shopping trips and a run three days a week, Jenny is taken out visiting friends and family but is also comfortable being left if necessary.
Jenny gets on with most dogs and is submissive in a pack situation but loves a good run around and play (currently with a neighbours dog a young sheltie whose older female housemate is glad of someone else running him about as at twelve Christa does not appreciate games much ) so Jenny is looking for a young active companion to join our busy family.
I have had several rescue dogs in the past so don't mind taking on a dog with some issues as it took a lot of training to socialise Jenny properly. We do have several small animals and ducks so preferably a dog that is not highlyreactive or with a prey drive as our environment may not be suitable for a dog with these problems.
Forever home with plenty of country walks, time, large enclosed garden and love waiting happy to keep in touch with pictures etc and let you know how dog is doing.
My email is vikkisguineas@yahoo.co.uk
