Experienced home offered for one or two schnauzers, Somerset 01.12.18

by Lorraine
( Somerset, UK)

Seeking a miniature Schnauzer through rescue. I've just returned from many years living in the US and spent 8 of those years in animal rescue, mainly working with dogs. I have adopted several rescues including two miniature Schnauzers, including a white Schnauzer.

My partner has allergies so this breed is appealing as they are hypo-allergenic. We own a home in a village between Bath & Wells in Somerset, UK and have a large fenced garden. I am home most of the day. We would consider two Schnauzers if there was a situation where you are trying to rehome two dogs that you would prefer not to separate.

9 year old male mini salt & pepper
by: Anonymous

Hi Lorraine
We have a miniature schnauzer called Frank, 9 years old. Sadly due to continued pressures of a young family, including a 5 month old baby, a four year old and a teenager and both parents working, Frank is not getting the attention he deserves and inevitably his behaviour has lapsed, which is causing increasing strain within the household.
We are also south west based, an hour or so from Somerset.
We’re looking for a good home for Frank so he can feel special again.
Happy to discuss further, including on the phone if you message back.

good luck
by: Linda

Good for you, devoting all of that time to working in rescue.
I hop somebody will contact you if they have a Mini or Minis to rehome.
Best wishes.
