Walking on lead

Help. My 1 year old mini Schnauzer is a pain on his lead, he just pulls and pulls no matter how many times I turn and walk back, I have a hall but that doesn't work either.any help please?

our dog was the same when we got her, she'd pull so much that she would spend a lot of time on her back legs. We brought a halti lead (on a family recommendation) that goes around the nose and clips onto the collar so they can still eat treats etc and it has been amazing - the best £15 we ever spent. Use treats in your hand to keep him close and stop pulling. He will need a lot of short sessions.
Also a sharp NO when he pulls and stop walking. Use treats and positive reinforcement when he doesn’t pull
