Does the tail of a Schnoodle have to be cropped? If not, will a breeder not crop tail if it is requested?

It is now illegal to crop a dog's tail in the UK and Europe, unless it is a working dog. Tails are still cropped in the USA, but we think Schnoodles look better with full tails - it also helps with balance.
