schnoodle teddy bear cut?

My schnoodle got his first professional haircut since i have been his owner. Before the cut his hair was soft loose curls, pretty even length all over, hair flopped over his eyes, No schnauzer look at all, he looked very cute but wanted to get him a trim. I TOok him to get groomed and he looks like this. Not what I wanted, Can you give me a detailed descrition for what I should request to keep the fluffy, even length face , curls on body? Can you send me a picture of a schnoodle with a fluffy haircut? I have heard of the teddy bear cute, do most groomers know this term?
