schnauzer was used for breeding won't eat

We have just acquired a 4yr. old mini schnauzer which hd only been used as a breeder. We have had her for 4 days but she is not eating.We know she is still stressed about being in a different environment but how do we get her to eat?

My advice to you is to take her to the vet FIRST, and see if anything serious is wrong.. try Chicken breasts as this usually works wonders..but you must cook it first..then encourage her to eat by hand feeding her gently ..This is what I would do... and it has worked.. hope she is OK soon..
