Lots of dogs do this!
If she is in a diaper, you'll have to watch her -and don't let her swallow the diaper bits or anything inside it.
We wouldn't recommend keeping a dog in diapers, maybe if she has a heavy heat (season) for a day or two.
hey are not comfortable for dogs and constant use can lead to infection.
