schnauzer struggles getting up

When my schnauzer (2 yrs. old) wants to get up she has problems and then she is OK.
What could this be and should I be concerned?

getting up in the morning

My female pup who's 1 right now is plain old lazy in the morning. I have to gradually get her up. She doesnt pop out of bed like she did when she was a puppy.
