my Schnoodle's etyes are itching

I have a schnoodle and around his eyes is red and he is always scratching what could it be

NOTE FROM LINDA AND MAX:
It sounds like it could be an specific eye problem or allergies -is it seasonal? We would get him checked out by your vet, as it will be uncomfortable for him.

I use optrex wash and then put golden eye or brolene into my dogs eyes, they get quite dry, it soothes the eys and she is better for it. Do it once daily and it will help make them comfortable.

Do please do as Linda and Max say.. Get your Schnoodle checked at you vet otherwise it may be serious.. it could be Conjunctivitis or an eye disease.. if you treat it NOW I'm sure he'll be OK..
