my miniature schnauzer 9 week old puppy.

She is a fantastic dog, but my mom and I can't seem to get her to stop biting. I mean everything, mostly us. We have a hard petting her and enjoying her on our lap because of her constant biting. She has razor sharp teeth!!!! The other thing is we will take her out, sometimes she will make outside. Most of the time, she will not go outside. 2-4 minutes after coming inside she goes a number 1 or number 2. Help us!!!!!
