my 5 yr old Miniature schnauzer is turning round and round

and she keeps looking to the right sometimes swings her head to the left, while she turning round and round almost like she wants to sit then starts turning. She wont eat and IVE HAD TO SPOON FEED HER WATER SHE DOSENT WANT and we are scared. Her tongue is very red and she never keeps it out like this. Its almost like shes hearing or seeing something but cant stay still. Her ears are straight up and this has come on suddenly and she dosent seem to know my fiancee her owner who she is extremely bonded to.

NOTE FROM LINDA AND MAX: You need to get her checked out by the vet. It could be a mini stroke - although she is young for that -or some other problem. Good luck.
