How much Royal Canin should I feed my 9 week old pup?

I have a nine week old miniature schnauzer puppy. I am feeding her Royal Canin but she seems to be hungry all the time.
How much should I be giving her. The directions on the packet seem to say 1/8 cup per day but that seems so little. Does it mean 1/8 three times per day, or 1/8 cup divided up into 3 for her 3 meals - that really seems too little. It's very confusing!
