Help, just want to get my baby back to normal

Our 6yr. old mini schnauzer had pneumonia at the end of January. Was hospitalized for 4 days on I.V. fluids and antibiotics.
Came home,was okay for 3 days, then had trouble breathing. Was placed on I.V. antibiotics again for a week.
Came home on antibiotics, theophylline and a pain med. Here we are 3 months later and she still isn't herself. Has anyone else dealt with this? She is lethargic and acts afraid to jump.
Help, just want my baby back to normal.
