Glassy-eyed schnauzer - why?

WHY DOES MY SCHNAUZER KEEP HAVING GLASSY EYES AND THEY NOT LIKE THEY USE TO BE.
HIS EYES SEEM TO BE A LITTLE CLOSED AND HE ALWAYS WANTS TO SCRATCH AT THEM?

Just a thought maybe your schnauzer has allergies or infection? I would take him to the vet just to double check!
