My 10 year old MS for the past month keeps moving from one part of the room to another sometimes every few minutes like something is irritating him. He still loves to play and he loves me to throw his ball indoors but he has become obsessive about it and wants me to do it constantly.

Something is bothering him.Sometimes as Minis age they become a bit more neurotic -more sensitive to loud noises, less willing to leave their owners, etc.
Has he got allergies?

If the irritation/obsessiveness is nothing physical (and I would probably have him checked out by a good vet), it has to be behavioural.
There are a number of natural supplements to calm dogs down, such as melatonin, available online.
