What is the normal activity of a 4 year old mini schnauzer. She has come down a lot with eating not as exciting and lots of sleeping

It varies from dog to dog.
Make sure you still take her out for a walk or two every day to keep her stimulated.
If she has low activity levels, do not overfeed her or this often leads to other problems such as joint problems or diabetes.
Keep her interested by playing with toys as well, at four, she should be interested in her surroundings and wanting to go on walks (unless it's raining)!
