Tired of cleaning the carpets!

We have a wonderful Minature Schnauzer named Ginger.
She just turned 13 years young and is the greatest addition to our family. We live in Michigan and there are bunnies in our neighborhood. Ginger likes to eat their poop. Besides for picking it up when we pick up her's in the yard, how can we get her to stop eating it.
She always ends up throwing it up hours later. It is gross and a big mess. We dont understand why she does it.
She is getting plenty of food and water so we dont understand what it is with the bunny poop she likes.
Can you please help? Do you have any suggestions?
