Can you Help my Aunt?

Hi

I am asking a question on behalf of my Aunt, who has a 11 month old Miniature, called Izzy. She is a delightful dog but as she had become older has become more and more difficult to recall. She stands and looks and carries on with her business.

Could you suggest a suitable training regime to help solve this problem
